Hotel Grandbach Tokyo Ginza

Our group recently stayed at Hotel Grandbach Tokyo Ginza for a shopping trip in the Ginza area. We were impressed by the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, with luxurious amenities and thoughtful details like a seasonal music playlist and evening soup service. The staff's helpfulness in promptly sending back forgotten items to our next destination was a standout experience.

Convenient location near Higashi-Ginza metro. Welcoming staff and delicious Wellness Lunch at the attached restaurant. Comfortable upgraded room with rain shower and relaxing seating area. Lawson convenience store across the road. Enjoyable breakfast option in the bar area with tasty Spanish omelet sandwich, yogurt, fruit, vegetable soup, and beverages. Ambient Bach music enhanced the overall experience.

I arrived early at Hotel Grandbach Tokyo Ginza and they gladly took care of my bags and placed them in my room. The hotel's location near the Higashi-Ginza metro station made it very convenient to explore the city. The room I stayed in was fantastic, with a lovely rain shower and a comfortable seating area. I also enjoyed the option of having a snack for breakfast at the bar, delicious and cost-effective. The ambiance of the hotel, with Bach playing in the background, was amazing. I highly recommend this central Tokyo hotel for a nice stay.

I wanted to check in early at 1pm, but the hotel policy stated check-in was at 3pm. Although my room was already ready, the hotel charged a fee for each hour of early check-in, which seemed a bit odd considering the room was available.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. It is conveniently close to the subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. The location is also great for those who want to visit the Tsukiji market. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. We particularly enjoyed the welcome drink and the amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities and the mini-bar. The dining table in the room was a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime. The hotel also offered free toiletries and an electric kettle for our convenience. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to 2 subway stations and the Metro, making it easy to explore the city and visit the Tsukiji market. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were impressed with the hotel facilities, especially the spacious room layout and the transparent door refrigerator. The breakfast served in the bar area was delicious and reasonably priced. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and convenient experience in this city.
